@About the Job


We are looking for a super-skilled, highly motivated Mobile Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Barcelona.  As a Sales Manager, your missions will be to identify new sales opportunity (direct clients and Media Agencies) and convert them into Adkomo customers.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced Digital Marketers and learn what it takes to plan and execute paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate is eager to gain hands-on experience in the Media Industry and learn all aspects of planning & buying across digital media.


@Your responsibilities


  • Identify new sales opportunities (direct clients) and convert them into Adkomo customers
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Partner and liaise with internal teams (Account and Publisher Management teams)
  • Execute customer communications via telephone or email, in line with standards and procedures
  • Create formal offers and present them to potential customers
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
  • Implement short-term and long-term market development strategies
  • Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions.

@Skills and Requirement


  • Master in Digital Marketing or similar
  • Fluent in English, talking and writing (other languages will be highly valued)
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and performance marketing
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work and deliver and overachieve results in a dynamic team environment
  • Desire to learn, ambition and high team spirit
  • You have a real hunter’s temperament and you love customer relations
